taxes

if purchased and shipped within the state of florida you are liable to pay taxes. the present rate is 6%. sales tax is automatically calculated prior to payment.

shipping

once personalization is approved, it will take approximately one week to process and ship the ketubah, unless otherwise specified. shipping includes insurance so the delivery of your ketubah is protected.

i happily ship within the united states and worldwide. however, if you have an international order i would be happy to calculate the shipping and make additional payment accommodations for you. any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

returns + refunds

i do not accept returns unless you receive damaged goods.

upon confirmation, production and shipment of ketubah and personalized artwork, all sales are final and non-refundable.

i do not share any of your information with outside parties.
